URIDON プライバシーポリシー

タカノソフト（TAKANOSOFT。以下「当方」といいます。）は、当方が提供するゲームアプリ「URIDON」（アプリ内の表示テーマ「UriDon」および「BubbleDon」を含みます。以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、本アプリおよび本アプリから利用する広告、クラウド保存、デイリータイムトライアル、ランキング、追加ステージ配信、アプリ内購入その他のオンライン機能に適用されます。第三者が提供するサービスには、各提供者の規約およびプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
2. 取得、利用または保存する情報
当方または本アプリが利用する第三者サービスは、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、次の情報を取得、利用または保存する場合があります。
- 端末内のゲームデータおよび設定：表示言語、プレイ画面、速度、グリッド表示、選択中のステージパッケージ、ステージ進行、得点、クリア状況、デイリー参加状況、広告に関する状態、購入済み商品の状態等。
- オンライン識別情報および認証情報：Unity Authenticationが発行する匿名のPlayer ID、認証トークン、IPアドレス、接続日時、アプリおよび端末に関する技術情報等。本アプリは、利用者の氏名をランキング表示名として使用しません。
- クラウド保存情報：ステージ進行、得点、クリア状況、購入権利、デイリー参加状況その他のゲーム進行情報。
- ランキングおよびプレイ情報：デイリータイムトライアルの記録、順位、対象日、ステージ識別子、成功または失敗の状態等。
- 購入情報：商品ID、購入状態、購入トークンまたはレシート、購入権利の検証結果等。クレジットカード番号その他の決済手段はGoogle Playが処理し、当方は取得しません。
- 広告および同意に関する情報：Google AdMobおよびGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）が、広告識別子、IPアドレス、端末情報、概算位置情報、広告の表示・操作情報、診断情報、同意またはプライバシー選択の状態等を、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止および法令対応のために取り扱う場合があります。
- 問い合わせ情報：利用者がメール等で問い合わせた場合に、メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容および対応履歴を取得します。
3. 利用目的
- 本アプリ、追加ステージおよびオンライン機能の提供
- ゲーム進行、設定、得点および購入権利の保存・復元
- デイリータイムトライアルの実施、記録の登録および順位の表示
- 広告の表示、同意管理、効果測定および不正利用の防止
- アプリ内購入の処理、検証および復元
- 障害調査、品質改善、セキュリティ維持および不正行為の防止
- 問い合わせ対応、重要なお知らせおよび法令上必要な対応
4. 第三者サービス
- Unity Technologies：Unity Authentication、Cloud Save、Cloud Code、Leaderboards、Remote Config
- Google LLC：Google Play、Google Play Billing、Google AdMob、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）
詳細は、UnityプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。当方は利用者の個人情報を販売しません。サービス提供に必要な委託、法令に基づく場合、事業承継または利用者の同意がある場合を除き、本ポリシーに記載した目的以外で第三者に提供しません。
5. 広告、同意および選択
本アプリは、適用法令に応じてUMPによる同意画面またはプライバシー選択画面を表示します。本アプリの設定画面にプライバシー設定が表示される場合、そこから選択内容を確認または変更できます。また、端末の設定から広告識別子に関する設定を変更できる場合があります。
広告削除商品を購入した場合、通常のゲーム内広告を表示しません。ただし、購入権利の確認、セキュリティ、不正防止および法令対応に必要な処理は継続する場合があります。
6. 法的根拠および国際移転
適用法令により必要となる場合、当方は、契約の履行、利用者の同意、当方または第三者の正当な利益、法的義務の履行等を根拠として情報を取り扱います。第三者サービスの利用に伴い、情報が利用者の居住国以外の国または地域で処理される場合があります。その場合、各サービス提供者または当方は、適用法令に従った保護措置を講じます。
7. 保存期間
- 端末内のゲームデータは、利用者がアプリ内で初期化し、端末のアプリデータを消去し、または本アプリをアンインストールするまで保存される場合があります。
- クラウド上のゲームデータおよびランキング関連情報は、サービス提供に必要な期間、削除依頼に対応するために必要な期間、または各サービスで定める期間保存します。
- 購入、セキュリティ、不正防止および法令対応に必要な記録は、法令または正当な業務上の必要性が認められる期間保存する場合があります。
- 問い合わせ情報は対応および紛争防止に必要な期間保存し、個人を識別できないよう集計または匿名化した情報は品質改善のため保存する場合があります。
8. 安全管理
当方は、通信の暗号化、アクセス制限、認証、権限管理その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の通信または電子的保存の安全性を完全に保証するものではありません。
9. 利用者の権利および削除依頼
利用者は、適用法令に従い、当方が保有する自身の情報について、確認、訂正、削除、利用停止、同意の撤回等を請求できる場合があります。データに関する依頼は、件名を「URIDON データ／プライバシー問い合わせ」として、t-soft01@hf370.comへご連絡ください。本人または対象データを確認するために必要な情報のみを追加でお願いする場合があります。
広告に関する同意の変更は、本アプリ内に表示されるプライバシー設定または端末設定から行える場合があります。同意の撤回以前に行われた処理の適法性には影響しません。
10. 子どものプライバシー
当方は、適用法令に反して子どもの個人情報を故意に取得しません。保護者の同意が必要な年齢の利用者は、保護者の同意を得て本アプリを利用してください。子どもの情報が不適切に取得されたと考えられる場合は、保護者から当方へご連絡ください。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、法令、サービス内容または利用するSDKの変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、本アプリ内または本ページ上で分かりやすく通知します。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点または別途示す日から適用します。

TAKANOSOFT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the mobile game URIDON, including the in-app visual themes “UriDon” and “BubbleDon” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the App and its advertising, cloud save, daily time trial, leaderboard, additional stage delivery, in-app purchase, and other online features. Third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
2. Information collected, used, or stored
We and the third-party services used by the App may collect, use, or store the following information as necessary to provide the App:
- Local game data and settings: display language, visual theme, speed, grid setting, selected stage package, stage progress, score, clear status, daily participation status, advertising-related state, and purchase entitlement state.
- Online identifiers and authentication information: an anonymous Player ID and authentication token issued by Unity Authentication, IP address, connection time, and technical information about the App and device. The App does not use a player’s real name as a leaderboard display name.
- Cloud save data: stage progress, score, clear status, purchase entitlements, daily participation status, and other game progress information.
- Leaderboard and gameplay information: daily time-trial result, rank, applicable date, stage identifier, and success or failure status.
- Purchase information: product ID, purchase status, purchase token or receipt, and purchase-verification result. Payment details such as credit card numbers are processed by Google Play and are not collected by us.
- Advertising and consent information: Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and consent or privacy-choice status for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Support information: if you contact us, we collect your email address, the content of your inquiry, and our response history.
3. Purposes of use
- Provide the App, additional stages, and online features.
- Save and restore game progress, settings, scores, and purchase entitlements.
- Operate the daily time trial, submit results, and display rankings.
- Display advertising, manage consent, measure performance, and prevent advertising fraud.
- Process, verify, and restore in-app purchases.
- Investigate failures, improve quality, maintain security, and prevent abuse.
- Respond to inquiries, provide important notices, and comply with applicable law.
4. Third-party services
- Unity Technologies: Unity Authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, Leaderboards, and Remote Config
- Google LLC: Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

We do not disclose personal information for purposes other than those described in this Policy except where disclosure is necessary to engage service providers, required by law, part of a business transfer, or made with your consent.
5. Advertising, consent, and choices
Where required by applicable law, the App displays a UMP consent form or privacy-options form. If the privacy-options control is available in the App’s settings, you may use it to review or change your choices. Your device may also provide controls for advertising identifiers.
If you purchase the remove-ads product, ordinary in-game ads will not be shown. Processing required to verify purchase entitlements, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with law may continue.
6. Legal bases and international transfers
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract, based on consent, for our or a third party’s legitimate interests, or to comply with legal obligations. Use of third-party services may result in information being processed outside your country or region. We and the relevant providers use safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Retention
- Local game data may remain until you reset it in the App, clear the App’s device data, or uninstall the App.
- Cloud game data and leaderboard-related information are retained for as long as needed to provide the services, respond to deletion requests, or for the period set by the applicable service.
- Purchase, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate business needs.
- Support information is retained for as long as needed to resolve the inquiry and prevent disputes. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for quality improvement.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, and permission management. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for information we hold about you. To make a data or privacy request, email t-soft01@hf370.com with the subject “URIDON Data/Privacy Request.” We may request only the additional information necessary to verify you or locate the relevant data.
You may be able to change advertising consent through the privacy options shown in the App or through device settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
10. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. A user who is below the age at which parental consent is required must use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If a parent or guardian believes that a child’s information has been collected improperly, please contact us.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy in response to changes in law, the App, or the SDKs and services we use. We will provide a clear notice in the App or on this page when a change is material. The revised Policy applies when posted on this page or on another date stated in the notice.
